This project is a two-storey cottage with a modern farmhouse exterior — white board-and-batten siding, dark trim, and a walnut pivot door — set against a wooded, snowy site.
Interiors follow a warm transitional style, unified by white oak floors, brushed gold hardware, and natural wood tones throughout every room. The main floor is an open-concept sitting room with a shiplap fireplace wall. The second floor anchoring a large kitchen with calacatta countertops and an oak island, a great room with a camel bouclé sectional and sliding deck doors. Bathrooms carry the same palette — white cabinetry, beige stone tile, and gold fixtures — maintaining cohesion across all spaces.
