The primary suite reads as indulgent and boudoir-like; the secondary spaces are refined and functional while sharing the same elevated material story.
This cohesive renovation has one strong overarching idea: warm minimalism, executed in two distinct hardware personalities. The gold suite (primary and secondary ensuite) feels spa-hotel luxurious, anchored by the freestanding tub, oval LED mirrors, and travertine tile. The black suite (small bathroom and laundry) is sharper and more graphic — the wavy organic mirror in the small bathroom is a particularly confident contemporary move against the otherwise restrained palette.
What ties design together is the consistent use of natural oak floating vanities, herringbone stone floors, warm cream plaster walls, and frameless glass showers — creating a unified design language across the entire residential bathroom program regardless of hardware finish.
