Savills' office translates the firm's bold, instantly recognisable brand yellow into a crisp, professional workplace. The base palette is restrained — white walls, grey carpet tile, and clean millwork — allowing strategic pops of signature yellow, accented by navy and red, to carry the brand identity through reception, breakout, and meeting spaces without overwhelming the working environment.
This is a confident, brand-led corporate fitout for Savills, the global real estate advisory firm. The strategy here is restraint as a design tool: most of the office is kept deliberately neutral — white walls, grey carpet, clean millwork — so that the firm's signature yellow reads as a deliberate, high-impact statement wherever it appears, rather than getting diluted across the whole floor.
The standout moments are the yellow-on-grey entry wall with the brushed metal logo cut-out, and the navy column punching through the boardroom as an unexpected sculptural anchor. Functionally, the space balances focused open-plan bench seating (with red privacy screens for a touch of warmth and acoustic separation) against more social zones — the breakout kitchen island and the timber-canopy lounge nook — giving the floor both productivity and personality.
